How we process and protect data
We process personal data manually and by automated means, on secure servers located in the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA, except to countries that the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Data entered into online forms is protected by encryption (SSL/TLS). Access to personal data is limited to authorised and trained employees who are bound by confidentiality. Processors and sub-processors process personal data exclusively for the purposes agreed in the contract, in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Service and marketing e-mails
Service e-mails (for example, a confirmation that a form has been submitted) are part of the service provided and it is not possible to unsubscribe from them. We send marketing e-mails only on the basis of your consent, which you confirm by clicking a link in the e-mail. This consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time via the link in the e-mail or at dpo@kyberteq.sk.

Our website uses cookies that are not strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g. analytics cookies) only with your prior consent. You can change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can submit a request at dpo@kyberteq.sk. We handle requests within 1 month of receipt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Compliance
KyberTEQ has implemented a Personal Data Protection Policy and a Procedure for Handling Data Subject Requests, maintains Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and applies a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) methodology for high-risk processing.
